Getting used to 8.2mph on the treadmill. Need to decide if I want to up my speed or run a longer distance. Coworker gave me a pull up bar and I’ve been using that. Trying to do 100 pull ups a day.
New goal: 5k run @ 8.5 mph. Still want to do 30 pull ups in a single set.
Food wise, I need to experiment. My regular diet consists of tons of protein and rice for carbs. Need to eat more vegetables and less rice. Grilled vegetables sound good so I think I’ll start to play with that idea. Tomatoes, zucchini’s, bell peppers, mushroom, and lettuce will be a good start.
In other news, this week is going to be awesome.
